《黑海、地中海及相邻大西洋海域鲸类保护协定》（ACCOBAMS）于1996年11月24日在摩纳哥订立，登记会址为蒙特卡洛。该协定原亦称《地中海和黑海及毗邻大西洋区域小型鲸类保护协定》，并以类似名称作为波恩公约下CMS协定的别称，法文名称为Accord sur la conservation des cétacés de la mer Noire, de la Méditerranée et de la zone atlantique adjacente。现有登记资料未另载其宗旨、活动与机构结构。
